we are challenged to change ourselves.”

Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes and tailored to your specific needs and goals, which we can collaborate on together.
This is a dedicated space to work through current challenges, understand how past experiences may still be shaping the present, and develop practical strategies for coping, healing, and change.
Each session balances reflection with skill-building to support progress over time.

Couples therapy offers a structured 60 minute space to slow down conflict, interrupt old patterns, and learn how to reach for each other again.
We’ll explore how each partner’s history, communication style, and protective strategies show up in the relationship and how those patterns shape connection, distance, or misunderstanding.
My role isn’t to take sides, but to help each of you feel seen, heard, and understood so you can rebuild trust, repair, and move toward a partnership that feels more intentional and supportive.

I offer 60-minute trauma-informed groups for Complex PTSD and for Grief.
These groups provide structure, community, and emotional support while building skills for regulation, communication, and meaning-making.
Please get in touch to learn about our group offerings.

I offer 60-minute EMDR sessions for clients working through trauma, chronic overwhelm, attachment wounds, or patterns that feel stuck on repeat.
I practice S.A.F.E EMDR, which helps the nervous system process experiences that were too much to hold at the time and are now stored as activation, avoidance, self-blame, or emotional shutdown.
Together, we’ll move at a pace that prioritizes safety and stability where we build on your internal resources before processing, so you’re not re-entering trauma, but learning how to integrate it.
-
I offer 45-minute sessions focused on grief and loss (death, medical loss, relationship endings, identity changes, or the loss of a future you expected.)
These sessions are structured but flexible, balancing emotional processing with grounding skills, narrative work, and tools for daily functioning.
Grief isn’t linear, but together we can create a path forward that isn’t about “getting over it” but rather how to live alongside it.

I provide targeted support for people living with chronic or terminal illness, informed by nearly seven years of experience in hospital settings.
Our work centers emotional safety, regulation, and making meaning in the midst of medical uncertainty without minimizing what you’re going through or asking you to be “strong” or “positive.”
Illness changes everything: your body, identity, relationships, and sense of future. These sessions help you name what’s hard, honor what matters, and find meaning in the life you’re living without denying what’s been lost.
