“The most powerful thing therapy gives you isn’t advice —

it’s the ability to trust yourself again.”

Where shall we begin?

1

Is therapy right for me?

Therapy is right for you if something in your life is asking for attention. It could be your pain, growth, relationships, or simply your desire for things to feel different. You don’t need to be at a breaking point to start.

2

Personalized suggestions.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. During our work together, we will collaborate to identify your needs and goals as well as the patterns that are no longer serving you. Together we’ll build a path forward.

3

Getting Started.

Choosing the right therapist matters. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so you can ask questions, get a feel for my approach, and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. Each space offers something different: focused personal work, relational healing, or shared growth alongside people with similar experiences.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. I will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • My approach goes beyond strategies and coping skills. We look at the systems that shaped you, the survival patterns your body still holds onto, and the identities you had to build to make it through. Together, we work with nervous system responses, relational cycles, and core beliefs so that change becomes something you can feel, not just think.

  • The fee for a 45-minute session is $200 and for a 60-minute couples session is $275. I accept multiple methods of payment and will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance. I offer sliding scale spots and can discuss payment and pricing options during our consultation call.

  • I am an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a super bill at the end of the month to submit for reimbursement.

Please note that late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for insurance reimbursement and the full fee will be charged.

  • Here are some suggestions to ask your insurance company:

    • What is your coverage for “out of network” mental health services?

    • Is there a limitation on teletherapy visits?

    • What is your deductible? How much of the deductible have you already met?

•Does your policy cover individual psychotherapy (CPT Code: 90834-95) or couples/family psychotherapy (CPT Code: 90847-95)? If yes, how many, and what is the reimbursement?

    • Is there a co-insurance, copay or other cost that must be met for out-of-network coverage?

    • What is the policy year?

    • Does your plan require pre-authorization for psychotherapy?

•How do you submit for reimbursement and what is the grace period for submitting bills?
