“Every wall is a door.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
My Approach
My style is steady, warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that change is created through small, intentional shifts. Together, we’ll look at how your past influences your present and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
I’ll support you in building the capacity to feel, to trust your own inner compass, and to move toward what matters to you without abandoning yourself in the process.
